Cancellation of warrants BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF LEWIS COUNTY,WASHINGTON
IN RE: CANCELLATION OF WARRANTS
RESOLUTION#
WHEREAS,the Lewis County Auditor has brought to the attention of the Board of County
Commissioners that the following county warrants need to be cancelled; and,
WHEREAS,the following warrant number 730633,was returned destroyed by the vendor and
has not been paid; and,
WHEREAS,the following warrant number 717213,was returned by the vendor,because the
deposit required per agreement was no longer needed; and,
WHEREAS,warrant numbers 665011,666471, 674136,and 658285 were reported lost or
destroyed by the vendor and have not been paid; and,
WHEREAS,it appears to be in the best interest of Lewis County to cancel warrants 730633,
717213,665011, 666471,674136,and 658285.
NOW THEREFORE;BE IT RESOLVED that the following warrants shall be cancelled:
