BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ) RESOLUTION NO. 15- 283`
PUBLIC FACILITIES DISTRICT (PFD) )
WHEREAS,there is a need to fill this vacant position on the Board of Directors of the
PFD; and
WHEREAS, Bobby Jackson, Chehalis, WA has expressed a willingness to serve on
said Board; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
that Bobby Jackson shall be appointed to serve as a Director of the PFD Board for a term to
expire October 1, 2019.
DONE IN OPEN SESSION this 5t"day of October, 2015.
