EMPLOYEES BEGINNING 11/01/2015 )
WHEREAS, Washington Counties Insurance Fund (WCIF)rates for medical&dental coverage have
increased over the last four years; and
WHEREAS, the employer contribution for non-union employees for medical insurance has not been
adjusted since January 20Jil
i
WHEREAS,the employer contribution for non-union employees covered by WCIF plans will be funded
for medical & dental insurance up to $1000.00 per employee per month.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Lewis County will adopt the aforesaid medical rates
effective November 1, 2015 for full-time and eligible part-time prorated funding per Employee Handbook for
county positions not covered by collective bargaining agreements.
