Quit Claim Deed with Steve Seaward for property at 2126 Lincoln Creek Rd. Centralia BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS LEWIS COUNTY, WASHINGTON IN THE MATTER OF: Approving a Quit Claim Deed by and between } Lewis County and Steve Seaward for property } located at 2126 Lincoln Creek Road, Centralia } RESOLUTION NO. i g- 0 -5 and authorizing signatures thereon } WHEREAS, Resolution 17-327 accepted an offer of $165,000 and authorized an agreement with Steve Seaward for the sale of property located at 2126 Lincoln Creek Road, Centralia, WA, subject to the conditions of LCC 3.30.400; and WHEREAS, all conditions of LCC 3.30.400 have now been met and cashier's checks totaling $165,000 have been received from Mr. Seaward; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed a Quit Claim Deed from Lewis County to Steve Seaward; and WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to approve the execution of the Quit Claim Deed to Mr. Seaward. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that cashier's checks totaling $165,000 have been received from Steve Seaward and a Quit Claim Deed for the property located at 2126 Lincoln Creek Road from Lewis County to Steve Seaward is hereby approved and the Board of County Commissioners is authorized to sign the same.
