WHEREAS, property owners Reliable Enterprises and Reliable Project LLP have applied to
the City of Centralia (City) to develop property within the City's Urban Growth Area with frontage on
Harrison Avenue; and
WHEREAS, as a condition of this development the City has required the property owners to
deed the following described additional right of way for Harrison Avenue to the County:
Reliable Enterprises:
The Easterly 5 feet of even width of Tract A of Amended to City of Centralia Boundary Line
Adjustment No. BL-2015-0510, recorded under Auditor's File Number 3455558, in Section
36, Township 15 North, Range 3 West, W.M.
Reliable Project LLLP:
The Easterly 5 feet of even width of Tract B of Amended to City of Centralia Boundary Line
Adjustment No. BL-2015-0510, recorded under Auditor's File Number 3455558, in Section
36, Township 15 North, Range 3 West, W.M.
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to accept these Quit Claim Deeds of
additional right of way for Harrison Avenue.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that these Quit Claim Deeds for additional right of
way are hereby accepted into the county road system as part of Harrison Avenue.
DONE IN OPEN SESSION this 29th day of January, 2018.

Description
Property owners Reliable Enterprises and Reliable Project LLLP have applied to the City of Centralia to
develop their property within the City's Urban Growth Area. The property has frontage on Harrison Avenue a
County Road. As a condition of development the City of Centralia has required the property owners to deed
additional right of way for Harrison Avenue to the County for road purposes. It is in the best public interest to
accept this right of way into the county road system as a part of Harrison Avenue.
