and authorizing signatures thereon }
WHEREAS, Resolution 18-077 accepted an offer of $52,000 and authorized an
agreement with Dennis Keller for the sale of property located at 263 Roundtree Road, Boistfort,
WA, subject to the conditions of LCC 3.30.400; and
WHEREAS, all conditions of LCC 3.30.400 have now been met and cashier's checks
totaling $52,000 have been received from Mr. Keller; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed a Quit Claim Deed from
Lewis County to Dennis Keller; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to approve the execution of the Quit
Claim Deed to Mr. Keller.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that cashier's checks totaling $52,000 have been
received from Dennis Keller and a Quit Claim Deed for the property located at 263 Roundtree
Road from Lewis County to Dennis Keller is hereby approved and the Chair of the Board of
County Commissioners is authorized to sign the same.

THE GRANTOR, LEWIS COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Washington, for and in
consideration Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration, does hereby convey and quit claim to DENNIS
KELLER, as his separate estate, all right, title and interest in and to the following described real property,
situated in the County of Lewis, State of Washington,together with any and all after acquired title therein:

Resolution 18-077 accepted an offer of$52,000 and authorized an agreement with Dennis Keller for the sale of
property located at 263 Roundtree Road, Boistfort, WA, which includes one Boistfort water share, subject to the
conditions of LCC 3.30.400. All conditions of LCC 3.30.400 have now been met and cashier's checks totaling
$52,000 have been received from Mr. Keller. A Quit Claim Deed for the conveyance of the property has been
submitted to the Board of County Commissioners for review. This resolution would approve the Quit Claim
Deed and authorize the Chair of the Board of County Commissioners to sign the deed.
