Description
The newer portion of the L&J Building is constructed using an EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finishing System)
Stucco commonly known as "Dry-Vit". This material requires regular maintenance to replace caulk joints and
apply an exterior sealing product to maintain the exterior envelope against water intrusion.
This project will clean the exterior of the 1995 addition and replace all caulk joints and window caulking with
silicone strips and coat the structure with a silicone sealant providing protection for another 10 years.
A call for bids was made from the Small Works Roster and we received one responsive bid from D&R Masonry
Restoration from Milwaukie OR for $86,250.00.
