Local Programs State Funding Agreement with WSDOT for the Coal Creek Drive BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF LEWIS COUNTY, WASHINGTON IN THE MATTER OF: } Approving Local Programs State Funding Agreement } between Lewis County and Washington State ) Resolution No. 18- N5 Department of Transportation (WSDOT) for the } Coal Creek Drive project } WHEREAS, the Coal Creek project is a FEMA project that requires a 12.5% local funding match; and WHEREAS, the State Legislature has directed transportation funding of $125,000.00 to be used for the Coal Creek project; and WHEREAS, the conditions of receiving the Local Programs State Funding requires a Local Programs State Funding Agreement signed by the Chair of the BOCC prior to receiving the funding; and WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has reviewed the Local Programs State Funding Agreement between Lewis County and WSDOT for the Coal Creek project. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the BOCC has determined that proceeding with the said project to be in the best public interest and hereby approves the Local Programs State Funding Agreement for the Coal Creek project, and the Chair of the BOCC is authorized to sign the same.
