WHEREAS, the Lewis County Wheeled ATV Roadway Signing Project has been
funded by the Multi-Use Roadway Safety Account Program; and
WHEREAS, the conditions of receiving the Local Programs State Funding
requires a Local Programs State Funding Agreement signed by the Chair of the BOCC
prior to receiving the funding; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has reviewed the Local Programs State
Funding Agreement between Lewis County and WSDOT for the Lewis County Wheeled
ATV Roadway Signing Project.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the BOCC has determined that
proceeding with the said project to be in the best public interest and hereby approves
the Local Programs State Funding Agreement for the Lewis County Wheeled ATV
Roadway Signing Project, and the Chair of the BOCC is authorized to sign the same.
