CONTRACT E18-155 IS BETWEEN THE LEWIS COUNTY )
DEPARTMENT OF EMERGENCY SERVICES, )
COMMUNICATIONS DIVISION, AND THE )
WASHINGTON STATE MILITARY DEPARTMENT )
WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners on June 4, 2018, passed
Resolution 18-183 approving contract E18-155 between the Washington State Military
Department and Lewis County Department of Emergency Services, Radio Services Division, for
FFY 2017 Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP); and
WHEREAS, Resolution 18-183 approved contract E18-155 for funding not to exceed $28,076 for
the contract period of Sept. 1, 2017, through Aug. 31, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the Lewis County Department of Emergency Services determined that contract
E18-155 should be with the Communications Division, not the Radio Services Division; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to amend Resolution 18-183 to reflect
that contract E18-155 is between the Emergency Services Department, Communications
Division, and the Washington State Military Department; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution 18-183 is amended to reflect that contract
E18-155 is between the Emergency Services Department, Communications Division, and the
Washington State Military Department.
