WHEREAS, Lewis County Public Works has assumed management of the Vader-
Enchanted Valley consistent with and under authority of Chapter 36.94 RCW; and
WHEREAS, as required by LCC Chapter 13.20, fees, charges, rates, deposits and normal
working hours for water and sewer service shall be set by the board by resolution.
WHEREAS, the proposed modifications to the Vader-Enchanted Valley Water System Fee
and Rate Schedule materials have been reviewed by the BOCC and found appropriate for further
proceedings,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that September 10, 2018, at or after the hour of
10:00 a.m., in the BOCC Hearing Room on the 2nd floor of the Historic Courthouse in Chehalis,
Washington, has been fixed by the BOCC as the time and place for the hearing on the Vader-
Enchanted Valley Water System Fee and Rate Schedule, when and where all persons may
appear and be heard upon the report and upon the matter of the Fee and Rate Schedule
Modifications.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Board is hereby instructed to proceed
with all necessary notifications, posting and publication.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Lewis County
Board of County Commissioners in the Historical Courthouse, 351 NW North Street, Chehalis,
WA, on September 10, 2018. The hearing will be held on or after 10:00 AM in order to hear all
people regarding the proposed modifications to the Vader-Enchanted Valley Water System fee
and rate schedule.
