Initial Placement of Casual Airport Manager on the Salary Grid BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF LEWIS COUNTY, WASHINGTON RE: RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE INITIAL ) PLACEMENT OF CASUAL AIRPORT MANAGER ) ON THE SALARY GRID (13 STEP "M" GRID) ) RESOLUTION NO. 18- aid FOR NON-UNION EXTRA HELP WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners established compensation for Extra Help employees on the Lewis County Salary Grid (13 Step M Grid); and WHEREAS, the Lewis County Salary Schedule places all casual employees in one salary classification; and WHEREAS, some casual positions at times will require pay above the casual classification pay scale; and WHEREAS, The Director of Community Development is requesting that a casual Airport Systems Manager be placed on the Salary Grid (13 Step M Grid); and NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that the casual Airport Systems Manager will be placed at Grade 23 ($25.37/hr. - $34.11/hr.) on the Lewis County Salary Grid (13 Step M Grid).
