Call for Bids for six new Sheriff patrol vehicles BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF LEWIS COUNTY, WASHINGTON IN THE MATTER OF: ) Approving a call for bids for six new Sheriff ) patrol vehicles ) RESOLUTION NO. 18- WHEREAS, the Fleet Services Division of the Lewis County Public Works Department has determined that six Sheriff vehicles in the fleet are in need of replacement; and WHEREAS, these vehicles are scheduled, budgeted, and approved for replacement in the 2019 preliminary budget; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners wish to issue a call for bids for six (6) new pursuit-rated interceptor sedans for the Sheriff's Office. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Department of Public Works is instructed to prepare a call for bids and contract specifications for six(6) new pursuit-rated Interceptor sedans. Bids for this proposal shall be submitted to the Clerk of the BOCC(351 N.W.
