Agent Wage on the Non-Represented Salary )
Grid (13 STEP "M" GRID) )
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners established compensation for the
Real-Estate Service Agent; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works is requesting the Real-Estate Service Agent be
placed at Grade 26 on the Salary Grid (13 Step M Grid) effective December 1, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners provides at times for non-represented
employee salary adjustments; and
WHEREAS, the Real-Estate Service Agent position shall also receive such salary
adjustment; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that the
Real-Estate Service Agent will be placed at Grade 26 on the Lewis County Salary Grid (13 Step
M Grid) with wage adjustment equal to non-represented employees.
