Awarding Document Recording Fee funds BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF LEWIS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
IN RE:
Approve Awarding Document Recording Fee funds )
(2163) to Local Agencies ) Resolution No 19- OR)
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), Lewis County,
Washington, has approved awarding funds from the Document Recording Fees (2163)
to local agencies for community-based projects regarding housing services for persons
and/or families of Lewis County, AND
WHEREAS, funding for a total amount up to $435,744 from January 1, 2019
through December 31, 2019, comes from 2163 funds, AND
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize negotiations
of said contracts for Lewis County,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the BOCC of Lewis County
authorizes staff to negotiate contracts with appropriate local agencies for community
based projects regarding housing services for persons and/or families of Lewis County,
for a total amount of $435,744 from January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019 and
bring such contracts to the BOCC for its approval
