There is created a wildlife congress who will 6 be responsible for all fish, wildlife, and habitat issues in their 7 respective geographic areas The wildlife congress consists of the 8 following members 9 (1) One member from each of the thirty-nine counties, selected by 10 each respective county commission 11 (2) One member from each federally recognized Indian Tribe in the 12 state, selected by each respective Tribe 13 14 NEW SECTION Sec 2 (1) The wildlife congress shall elect from 15 its members a nine-member fish commission and a nine-member wildlife 16 commission to replace the commission established in chapter 77 04 RCW, 17 and to assume the powers and duties of the commission enumerated in 18 Title 77 RCW. Each commissioner shall serve a term of four years or 19 until a successor is elected and qualified Draft p 1 1 (2) A wildlife congress member may serve on both commissions 2 simultaneously 3 4 NEW SECTION Sec 3 By January 1 of the year after the fish 5 commission and wildlife commission are established pursuant to section 6 2 of this act, and every two years thereafter, the wildlife congress 7 shall submit to the legislature recommendations for the most effective 8 and efficient redistribution of the powers and duties enumerated in _?
