Culvert and materials costs have also increased since the original estimate as well as costs for cultural resources, permitting, wetland mitigation credits, right of way easements, and project administration WDFW technical review team has reviewed and commented on the designs and cost estimates and recommends increasing the agreement by $491,993 Supporting Documents Provided.
