IT Services Action Needed Approve Resolution Description For many years,the County and its partnering emergency service agencies have utilized Spillman Technologies, a leading provider of comprehensive law enforcement and public safety software solutions for computer-aided dispatch(CAD) and records management systems (RMS) In 2016, Motorola Solutions completed its acquisition of Spillman Technologies This resolution allows us to upgrade the aging and soon to be unsupported hardware running our Spillman system with new hardware that is fully supported, more highly available, meaning this will be a group of servers that support our software application and is cntical to reduce downtime when any server node fails or experiences overload In short, this is a technical component to compliment the County's ongoing effort to improve its dispatching services and operational center Cover Letter To Steve Wohld, Suzette Smith,Janelle Lindsey,PAO, Becky Butler
