Erik Martin discussed a call for sealed bids for the Middle Fork Road MP 7.07 Culvert Replacement
Project, CMP 1802.
Lee Napier discussed amending an Interlocal Agreement between Lewis Conservation District and Lewis
County. Lee said the Voluntary Stewardship Program is asking for funding, which will come from a grant.
Becky Butler discussed approving a Personal Services Agreement between Lewis County and Robert K.
Weidner.
Commissioner Stamper made a motion to move one Notice item, two Consent items and two
Deliberation items to the Monday, Feb. 11, 2018, BOCC agenda.
Commissioner Fund seconded the motion.
Motion passed 3-0.
Commissioner Fund discussed the White Pass Country Historical Society’s request for funding. She noted
that the request was general in nature. She said it would need to be more specific than “operations.”
Commissioner Stamper said he will take the letter with him and ask the group to be more specific in its
request.
Steve Walton said security cameras are being installed. Steve said work continues on the Star complex.
He said District Court is the next project.
Becky Butler said budget documents are due Feb. 21.
Commissioner Fund said she and Becky will meet with lodging tax recipients later in the day.
