At 3:07 p.m., Commissioner Stamper announced that the Board was going into Executive Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 10 minutes to discuss Cortland / Hupy / Green litigation.
Executive Session ended at 3:17 p.m. The board announced that no decision had been made.
Commissioner Fund made a motion to file an appeal, which will cost $290, in the Hupy / Cortland /
Green case No. 18-2-01897-34.
Commissioner Jackson seconded.
Motion passed 3-0.
Meeting adjourned at 3:20 p.m.
