2019-05-06 BOCC Wrap UpBOCC Wrap-Up May 6, 2019 9:01 a.m. Present: Commissioner Stamper, Commissioner Fund, County Manager Erik Martin, Budget Services Manager Becky Butler Guests: Lee Grose, Peter Lahmann, Alex Brown, Dr. Lindsey Pollock Recorder: Rieva Lester Commissioner Fund made a motion to add the following three items to the day’s legislative meeting: • Move Criminal Justice Treatment Account fiscal responsibility from Great Rivers Behavioral Health Organization to Health and Social Services. • Select consultant for A&E services for infrastructure study. • List bids received and contractor selected for Borst Avenue project. Commissioner Stamper seconded. Motion passed 2-0. Commissioner Stamper said he continues to work with Eric Eisenberg regarding Mr. Thayer’s innocent purchaser process. Erik Martin said Mr. Thayer should supply the information to Community Development for review. Commissioner Stamper said there is a problem with stagnancy at South County pond. Erik said he would touch base with Steve Walton and Doug Carey. The commissioners signed minute folders for the weeks of March 18 and 25 and April 1, 8, 15 and 22, 2019. The commissioners and Erik discussed their calendars, including an upcoming Fire Commissioners’ meeting. Meeting ended at 9:46 a.m.
