Present: Commissioner Jackson, Commissioner Stamper, Commissioner Fund, Lara McRea, Josh Metcalf,

Commissioner Stamper made a motion to add two resolutions, a Proclamation honoring the 2B state
champions: Adna Fastpitch team and a Proclamation honoring the 2B state champions: Adna Boys Track
team.
Commissioner Fund seconded.
Motion passed 3-0.
Commissioner Fund discussed Timberland Regional Library. She has been trying to schedule a meeting
with the library and the only time the library could meet is 9:30 a.m. on Monday, June 10, 2019.
Commissioner Fund discussed the LTAC tour.
Lara updated the BOCC on carpet replacement. Lara also notified the BOCC that the carpet in front of
the men’s room will be replaced.
Commissioner Stamper provided an update on Eagle Cliffs rock pit. He has a number of people asking
questions, and he wants to make sure Lewis County provides accurate information.
The BOCC discussed calendars for the week.
Announcement
Commissioner Jackson visited Lake Sacajawea to discuss the pond in Toledo. The group that he went
with may have found a solution to help aerate the water in the south Toledo pond.
Commissioner Jackson received a call from Susan Otterness, who said she is no longer able to serve on
Cemetery District 9.
Commissioner Stamper said he is getting a number of phone calls from citizens concerned with the
Crystal Geyser potential plant.
Josh Metcalf stated he met with Water-Sewer District 5 last week. The County has sent a request for a
list of documents that the county needs. The water district would like Lewis County to move quickly.
