LEWIS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
IN THE MATTER OF RESOLUTION NO 19 289
APPROVAL OF PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS TO THE
VADER ENCHANTED VALLEY WATER SYSTEM FEE
AND RATE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS Lewis County Public Works has assumed management of the Vader
Enchanted Valley Water System consistent with and under authority of Chapter 36 94
RCW, and
WHEREAS as required by LCC Chapter 13 20 fees, charges rates deposits and
normal working hours for water and sewer service shall be set by the Board of County
Commissioners (BOCC) by resolution, and
WHEREAS the proposed modifications to the Vader Enchanted Valley Water System
Fee and Rate Schedule materials have been reviewed by the BOCC, and
WHEREAS the BOCC is holding a public hearing on this 7th day of October and is
receiving testimony regarding the proposed modifications and finds that they are in the
public interest
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the BOCC approves the proposed
modifications to the Vader Enchanted Valley Water System Fee and Rate Schedule as
shown on the attached "UTILITY FEES AND RATES for the VADER WATER SYSTEM"
effective November 1 2019
