Commissioner Stamper made a motion to add to the day’s Business Meeting agenda a resolution
appointing Nancy Keaton to the Public Health and Social Services Advisory Board.
Commissioner Fund seconded.
Motion passed 3-0.
Commissioner Stamper said he would like the commissioners to send a letter to the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission (FERC), Tacoma Power and area lawmakers regarding Riffe Lake. The
commissioners supported drafting a letter.
Becky Butler noted that one of the potential Citizens Budget Committee participants hadn’t submitted
an application and is not responding to emails. The commissioners agreed to move forward without her.
Commissioner Fund discussed the Gifford Pinchot Resource Advisory Committees (RACs). Commissioner
Stamper said he would apply for the RAC.
Bob Guenther joined at 9:13 a.m.
Commissioner Fund said Great Rivers Behavioral Health Organization (GRBHO) is working with the
Health Care Authority (HCA) on a corrective action plan. Commissioner Fund said she will obtain an
organizational chart to help explain the upcoming changes.
The commissioners discussed their calendars.
Bob Guenther said Pinchot Partners’ new administrator abandoned her position.
Commissioner Jackson left at 9:45 p.m.
