At 1:05 p.m., Commissioner Fund announced that the Board was going into Executive Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 10 minutes to discuss pending litigation regard the O’Connor PRA litigation.
Commissioner Stamper joined by phone at 1:09 p.m. and left at 1:23 p.m.
Executive Session ended at 1:25 p.m. Commissioner Fund noted that no decisions had been made.
At 1:26 p.m., Commissioner Fund made a motion to go with Option 3 as outlined and the settlement as
outlined with Option 3.
Commissioner Jackson seconded.
Motion passed 2-0.
Meeting adjourned at 1:27 p.m.
