o Discussed open contracts and one CBA that will open end of this year.

• EHB – updates completed – David Fine has reviewed and HR will review David’s review.
Training – No discussion
Classification/Recruitment
• Risk Administrator – HR will contact Prothman to review the possibility of doing a search.
The BOCC shall provide ideas to help identify the appropriate candidate. HR will set up a
meeting with appropriate persons to discuss qualifications.

• HR Matrix – We will start to review the information for HR development.
• Update notes – Discussed the information in the HR notes. HR will distinguish between the
agenda and the minutes; will elaborate more in the note-taking process.
• Contract follow up – Discussed the Juvenile Probation contract and where the change area
needed from the Union. Shad has worked directly with the Union on specific language he
needed changed before the Judge to make approval.
