1. Public Disclosure Policy Discussion – Policy is set to move forward in the
hearing next Monday. We will notify the individuals that will be affected
most by the policy, that the hearing is set.

4. Tort Claim Discussions
a. Debrorah Dolin – Claims paint damage from striping crew $932.03
b. Louis McCollum – Claims mailbox damage - $317.41 – 2-0 to deny
the claim
c. Nina Gaudette – Claims lost property from the jail - $100.00 – 2-0
to deny the claim
5. Executive Session under RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) to discuss an employee’s
performance.
Casey & Tawni left the meeting. At 11:54 the BOCC called an
executive session for 10 minutes, under RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) to discuss
an employee’s performance. Executive session ended at 12:04 p.m.
with no decisions being made.
