• Recruitment information – Executive session was not called. BOCC discussed the position
profile as provided by Prothman.
Discussion: Larry M., said they had plenty of comments from elected officials. BOCC feels
that the elected Officials had input to the development of the position development via the
Blue Ribbon task Force.
Larry also stated the existing job description that was developed largely follows the Task
Force suggestions but not all of them. They recommended to supervisor all directors and
have hire and fire authority over all directors.
Commissioner Stamper indicated that citizens still want direct access to the BOCC.
BOCC will provide feedback to profile and HR will update profile.
