Becky Butler said she is looking into the cost of the charter / freeholder election.
Becky asked if she and Steve Walton could be moved under the BOCC’s Shared Drive instead of creating
a new Shared Drive.
All three commissioners approved of having Becky and Steve added to the BOCC Shared Drive.
Becky said the 2017 use of reserves is at $336,000.
Becky said she is reviewing historic budgets from various offices and departments to see if there are any
trends, etc.
Becky said the BOCC may need a small budget amendment.
Becky said she has followed up with the PA’s Office regarding its personnel requests. Becky said the
DPAs’ contract has passed.
Becky said DNR projections are not great.
Becky said the Munis workflow process needs to be completed and sent back to Megan Sibbert. She also
said the entire BOCC office will need to go through training.
Becky asked for information about budgeting for the county manager position.
Commissioner Fund left at 4:12 p.m.
Becky asked if the board had been approached about alcohol court. She said she will reach out to Scott
Tinney for details.
Commissioner Jackson left at 4:15 p.m.
