At 2:43 p.m., Commissioner Stamper announced that the Board was going into Executive Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 10 minutes to discuss pending and potential litigation.
At 2:53 p.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 10 minutes.
At 3:03 p.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 10 minutes.
At 3:13 p.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 5 minutes.
Executive Session ended at 3:18 p.m. No decisions were made.
The regular meeting resumed.
Commissioner Fund made a motion to appeal Cortland case 16-2-3960-34 and to file the stay.
Commissioner Stamper seconded the motion.
Motion passed 2-0.
Meeting adjourned at 3:20 p.m.
