Commissioner Stamper made a motion to move a
Memorandum of Understanding for the Skookumchuck Wind
Energy Facility Proposal to the Monday, March 19, BOCC
agenda.
Commissioner Fund seconded the motion.
Motion passed 2-0.
Eric Eisenberg discussed a letter the commissioners received
regarding the freeholder filing fees. The commissioners asked
Eric to mail a response to Mr. Bozarth.
CJ Neer joined at 9:05 a.m.
Eric left at 9:08 a.m.
Commissioner Fund left at 9:08 a.m. and returned at 9:09 a.m.
The commissioners discussed the Water Conservancy Board. They said they would discuss the topic
with the PA’s office.
Commissioner Fund said Kirk Pearson will return in May.
Commissioner Stamper discussed historical funds. Rieva Lester said that as of February, the Historic
Preservation Fund was at $53,494.05.
Commissioner Jackson joined at 9:25 a.m.
Commissioner Stamper discussed Road Standards. He said he would prefer to leave plans up to the
contractors.
The commissioners discussed their calendars.
The commissioners discussed the budget, including requests for additional funding.
Commissioner Jackson and CJ Neer left at 9:45 a.m.
At 9:45 a.m., Commissioner Fund announced the meeting was being recessed until 3:30 p.m.
