1. Approval of February 2018 minutes – Sheila Gray made a motion to approve the minutes. Motion
carried 16-0.
2. Munis update – Megan Sibbert- Suzette Smith gave an update on the Munis training and
implementation.
3. County manager- Commissioner Fund displayed the Prothman job opening flyer for the manager
position.
4. Good of the order / Roundtable
• Sheila Gray discussed they have an upcoming fermentation class. She also continued by
discussing her upcoming retirement.
• Suzette Smith- Gave an update for the Auditor’s Office.
• Matt Jaeger- Discussed the number of employees who are sick in the IT Department.
• Becky Butler- Discussed the upcoming budget amendment.
• Steve Walton- Gave a brief update on events at the Fair.
• Danette York- Discussed the number of employees who are sick in the Health Department.
Danette mentioned the ribbon cutting for the Lewis County Senior’s thrift store A Second Time
Around will be on March 29th.
• Steve Mansfield- Mentioned it has been a year since he became the director of Emergency
Services. He believes they have done 5 years of work in a single year.
• Archie Smith- Nothing for the group.
• Casey Mauermann- Nothing for the group.
• Graham Gowing- Nothing for the group.
• Lee Napier- announced a long time employee will be retiring.
• Erik Martin- Discussed several openings at Public Works.
• Tawni Shepherd- No report
• Marni Larson- No report
• Commissioner Fund-Mentioned a representative from Senator Cantwell’s Office will be here
tomorrow (03/22) from 9:30 -11:00 a.m.
