Rodney Reynolds began the meeting with giving an update on LGIP yields. He continued by discussing
the investment summary for February. Commissioner Jackson asked about removing Fund 197 from the
summary. Suzette explained it has been submitted to the Treasurer’s Office for processing. Arny asked
for clarification on the amount changes for the LEOFF account.
Rodney dispersed the most up to date 2017 year end report. Suzette asked for clarification on the extra
line item which was added to the year end report. Rodney outlined the changes between 2017 and
2016.
The group reviewed the February 2018 report. Arny noted it is both early in the year and difficult to do
comparisons with the diverted funds.
Commissioner Jackson voiced the frustrations of the current timber market and the dynamic with
Department of Natural Resources.
Commissioner Jackson stepped out of the meeting at 11:26 a.m.
Suzette briefed the group on the expenditure report. She believed there aren’t currently any reports
which were worrisome in terms of percent usage for 2018.
Commissioner Jackson reentered the meeting at 11:29 a.m.
Commissioner Fund asked how MUNIS implementation will change the expenditure reports. Suzette
discussed they will change and she believes will be easier to read.
Suzette transitioned to a MUNIS update.
Suzette gave an update on the elections software and staffing levels within the Auditor’s Office.
