Steve Wohld made a motion to pass the April 2018 minutes. Scott Tinney seconded. Motion passed.
Megan Sibbert gave an update on Munis. She encouraged user groups to sign up for and attend training.
Steve Wohld and Gabe Anzelini gave a presentation about cybersecurity.
Commissioner Stamper joined at 8:37 a.m.
Gabe discussed the various controls Information Technology Services is implementing.
Steve Wohld discussed IT interfund rates. He requested that any office or department planning to turn
in equipment do so before year’s end.
Commissioner Fund said the county did not reup its Chamber membership for 2018.
Coroner Warren McLeod discussed Wear Your Life Jacket to Work Day, which is set for May 18. Warren
said the distribution of life jacket coupons counts toward a grant his office received.
Commissioner Fund said WSAC plans to be more aggressive with its legal strategies.
Arny Davis urged offices and departments to attend transmittal training.
Tawni Shepherd urged department heads and electeds to encourage anyone with safety concerns to
contact her.
Susie Parker said additional cameras are being installed for security purposes.

Larry Grove stressed the need to be responsive to any Auditor requests for financial information.
Danette York said the county’s immunization clinic will close Aug. 18.
Erik Martin asked to be notified of any changes regarding ER & R. He also noted that his department will
have a couple of vacancies.
Becky Butler further discussed rates.
Archie Smith requested that anyone who may have suggestions for questions for the county manager
finalists submit those to him by May 21.
