• General Yearly inventory is complete. Ready to pull rates and compare so that I can submit back to budget for review. Chris and Jared attended and presented at the Onalaska Career
day last week. Spoke about the value of IT career paths. Discuss network solutions. Naphcare and HomeWav are moving forward with separate internet connections. This is our recommendation to increase security and separate risk.
Discuss cyber security. Preparing for the demonstration to the Mayors meeting and
Cyber Security discussion. Two factor authentication for law enforcement. Prox cards are now installed. Discuss staffing. Cyber security is taking a great deal of our resources. College grad
interviews are tomorrow. This looks to be a great conduit for developers for the County. Talked with Sam Small about a cyber and network security program potential.

General discussion. Kevin attended Munis group trainings in Des Moines to better assist our users. Deploying Treasurer machines asap to reduce security concerns.
• Spillman Services General discussion. Front end administrator role vs backend. IT is backend only, agencies are responsible for the front end. Nate completed his CPO credits.
