Present: Commissioner Fund, Commissioner Jackson, Commissioner Stamper, Becky Butler, Danette
York, Daleyn Coleman, Larry McGee, Steve Walton, and Wayne Whitton.

Commissioner Stamper discussed Secure Rural Schools.
At 4:13 p.m., Commissioner Fund announced that the Board was going into Executive Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 10 minutes to discuss pending litigation.
At 4:23 p.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 10 minutes.
At 4:33 p.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 5 minutes.
At 4:38 p.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 5 minutes.
Executive Session ended at 4:43 p.m.
Commissioner Stamper moved to offer the County Manager position to Erik Martin. Commissioner
Jackson seconded.
Commissioner Jackson, Commissioner Stamper, and Commissioner Fund discussed further.
Motion carried 3-0
Larry McGee thanked the BOCC for allowing him to be a part of this process.
At 4:46 am Commissioner Fund, Commissioner Stamper, and Wayne Whitton continued discussing
WATVs.
Wayne discussed his concerns with the WATV and not having signs posted.
