Erik Martin discussed closure of Howe Road.
Erik Martin discussed a call for bids for the Stearns Creek Tributary Culvert Replacement project.
Fred Evander discussed a Notice of Hearing regarding changes to the Lewis County Comprehensive Plan
and Zoning Maps. He stated there will be two Resolutions for this hearing, the Comp plan and then
adoption of the zoning maps.
Becky Butler discussed the Resolution regarding an agreement with LCSO and the GRBHO.
Graham Gowing discussed the Resolution regarding PSA with West Consultants.
Steve Walton discussed four Resolutions: The contract for the Law & Justice Exterior Cleaning, 4-H
Building Roof Replacement, a grant from WA State Department of Commerce, and funding from the
Department of Agriculture for the Southwest Washington Fairgrounds.
Steve Mansfield discussed an agreement with the Washington State Military Department for funding
from Homeland Security.
Commissioner Stamper made a motion to move one (1) Proclamation, three (3) notice, two (2) consent,
eight (8) deliberation, and two (2) hearings to the Monday, June 4, 2018, BOCC agenda. Commissioner
Fund seconded.
Motion passed 2-0.
Roundtable
Fred Evander discussed the Planning Commission’s tour of the Tacoma Power facility.
Becky stated rates are due June 11th.
