Rodney began the meeting mentioning that rates are continuing to go up. He continued to brief the
BOCC on how he is reinvesting the funds. Suzette asked for clarification on the LGIP average daily
balance.
Rodney discussed current revenue totals by department.
Suzette discussed that none of the offices/departments are outside of their spending allowances. As of
May everything seems to look good. She continued to give an update on staffing levels within the office
currently. Suzette discussed the first three weeks of the State Auditor’s Office visit. She further clarified
both of the findings from the 2016 audit.
Larry Grove discussed they are mailing the military ballots this week from the new software. He also
discussed the prepaid postage bill and how the funds must be spent.
