At 3:34 p.m., Commissioner Fund announced that the Board was going into Executive Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 20 minutes to discuss pending litigation.
At 3:54 p.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 10 minutes.
At 4:04 p.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 5 minutes.
Executive Session ended at 4:09 p.m. with Commissioner Fund, Commissioner Jackson, Commissioner
Stamper, Wayne Whiton and Erik Martin in attendance.
Commissioner Jackson made a motion to reject the offer from Brian Green, Brian Cortland and
Christopher Hupy versus Lewis County regarding case No. 18-2-01897-34.
Commissioner Stamper seconded.
Motion passed 3-0.
Commissioner Jackson made a motion to make a counteroffer to Brian Green, Brian Cortland and
Christopher Hupy regarding case No. 18-2-01897-34, in the amount of $10,000.
Commissioner Stamper seconded.
DPA Eric Eisenberg and the group discussed global settlements.
Daleyn Coleman joined at 4:24 p.m. Archie Smith joined at 4:26 p.m.
Motion failed 3-0.
