At 4:01 p.m., Commissioner Fund announced that the Board was going into Executive Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 30 minutes to discuss potential litigation.
At 4:31 p.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 5 minutes.
Executive Session ended at 4:36 p.m. with all three commissioners and Ross Petersen, Martin Roy and
Greg Snelson in attendance.
Daleyn Coleman joined the meeting at 4:40 p.m.
The commissioners asked Ross to reach out to Rich Curtis and the other landowners. He said he would
draft a letter to them.
Meeting ended at 4:48 p.m.
