Present: Commissioner Fund, Commissioner Jackson, Commissioner Stamper, David Fine, Ross Petersen,
Sara Wibowo, Eric Eisenberg, Lee Napier, Archie Smith, Daleyn Coleman, Casey Mauermann, Becky
Butler, Wayne Whiton

Ross Petersen said he and Casey Mauermann are working on
updating the county’s public records policy.
Casey Mauermann left at 2:03 p.m.
Eric Eisenberg said there is a promising candidate for the DPA
III position.
Ross discussed creating an agreement with the PUD regarding
information-sharing.
Daleyn Coleman left at 2:07 p.m.
Ross said an interlocal agreement with PUD would be needed.
Eric said the PUD’s attorney reached out to Lewis County about entering into an interlocal agreement.
Ross discussed plans to communicate with the property owners along South and North Prairie roads. He
said he would explore whether there would be any refunds regarding easement areas.
Archie Smith left at 2:23 p.m.
Commissioner Stamper said the DNR permit allows the Lemmie Rockford rock pit to operate at
essentially all hours. He said Gee Cee’s Truck Stop is concerned about the area. Lee Napier said DNR has
permitted him to mine the entire 60-acre parcel. Lee said it appears the owner has been mining in the
flood way. Lee said DNR sets hours of operation, buffers, etc. She said Lemmie would need to get an
SM6. Lee said she is working with Ecology to make sure it will provide assistance.
Becky Butler left at 2:33 p.m.
Eric suggested getting an estimate for help with determining the property’s compliance.
At 2:43 p.m., Commissioner Fund announced that the Board was going into Executive Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 20 minutes to discuss pending litigation.
Executive Session ended at 3:03 p.m.
