Steve Wohld made a motion to approve the June 2018 minutes. Suzette Smith seconded. Motion
passed.
Suzette said AP has gone live and payroll will go live soon.
Becky Butler said 2019 budget worksheets have been sent out. She asked the office and department
heads to be sure they don’t exceed limitations.
Steve Wohld stressed the need to be alert regarding cybersecurity. He reminded the group that
employees should save to the U drive instead of their desktops.
Tim Fife and Steve Mansfield joined at 8:29 a.m.
Wayne Whiton discussed the voluntary respirator and Hazardous Communications (HAZCOM) and
accident prevention programs.
Rieva Lester said the employee picnic is July 26 and that the donation request will go out soon.
Lee Napier joined at 8:37 a.m.
Erik Martin discussed his upcoming role as county manager.
Meeting ended at 8:40 a.m.
