Wayne Whiton discussed the proposed resolution to indemnify and provide defense for Dianne Dorey in
Thurston County Superior Court for actions allegedly taken in the course and performance of her duties
as Lewis County Assessor.
Commissioner Stamper made a motion to move forward a resolution to indemnify and provide defense
in Thurston County Superior Court for Dianne Dorey for actions allegedly taken in the course and
performance of her duties as Lewis County Assessor.
Commissioner Fund seconded.
Motion passed 2-0.
Wayne Whiton left at 9:09 a.m.
Susan DeLaire joined at 9:10 a.m.
The commissioners said they may drop in during the Sept. 21 Veterans Summit.
The commissioners said Lewis County would host the WSAC courthouse briefings.
The commissioners said they would like to schedule a future meeting to discuss armed security guards.

The commissioners said they would sign a letter of support for a courthouse restoration grant.
Commissioner Fund discussed an LSC conference call regarding fish barriers.

Commissioner discussed the PacMtn. budget.
The group discussed the meeting with Kat Carroll planned for later in the day.
The commissioners briefly discussed the Lemmie Rockford rock pit.
The commissioners discussed applications received for the budget advisory committee.
Commissioner Fund said Steve Walton has moved to the former WSU Extension office.
The commissioners discussed their calendars.
