that the Byway wants to replace them. She said she considered tweaking the design and then seeking
funding through the county’s Historic Preservation Funds.
Commissioner Jackson joined at 3:16 p.m.
Mary Kay said the original designer is not sure if he’ll be able to find the old files for the original project.
Mary Kay said proposed changes would include:
• Adding Winlock
• Adding Onalaska
• Adding Mineral Lake
• Labeling Lake Scanewa
• Labeling Bud Allen Park
• Removing a site that’s no longer there
• Adding St. Francis Xavier site in Toledo
Mary Kay discussed possible sites to add, including the overlook of Riffe Lake, Ohanapecosh, the
Packwood mill and others.
Mary Kay said she would send the board the final draft for review prior to sending it off.
The group discussed the Hipcamp website.
Commissioner Jackson left at 3:45 p.m.
Erik Martin left at 3:47 p.m. and returned at 3:49 p.m.
Mary Kay said she doesn’t need anything right now as the original designer tries to track down the files.
