Bill Teitzel said the Historical Museum’s fundraisers have fallen short, bringing in about half the
expected revenue. He said it’s a roughly $6,000 loss.
Bill said the federal government has said the tank should stay at the Veterans’ Museum.
Jason Mattson discussed a Margaret Shields remembrance planned for Oct. 12. He said Ghost Tours are
expected to sell out again in 2018. He said an Authors’ Tour is planned for a Saturday in December.
Jason discussed a planned mythology festival, which will feature topics such as bigfoot and UFOs.
Jason said the iron lung has been located and will be featured in a new expanded area.
