Present: Commissioner Fund, Commissioner Stamper, Commissioner Jackson, Dianne Dorey, Marcie
Miess, and Erik Martin

Dianne discussed the Assessor’s office need to add another vehicle. Dianne will discuss this further in
her budget meeting.
Dianne discussed appraiser trainees. They have three appraiser 1’s and two appraiser 2’s.
Dianne informed the Board that the value change notices will go out in Mid-September.
Dianne provided an updated on her BOE stats.
Commissioner Fund discussed public disclosure. Dianne Dorey discussed why they have not signed the
public disclosure policy. She feels it would take too much staff time to follow the policy as written.
Commissioner Jackson asked if adding the appraiser to staff has helped. Dianne replied that new
construction this year is much larger. She feels that the position has helped.
Erik Martin asked about how the new construction data is working. Dianne said they are trying to
eliminate manual reports. Dianne explained where she felt the errors were coming from.
