At 3:01 p.m., Commissioner Fund announced that the Board was going into Executive Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 15 minutes to discuss pending litigation.
At 3:16 p.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 10 minutes.
Executive Session ended at 3:26 p.m.
Eric Eisenberg said the options are a lower offer and have a litigation backstop or to go to litigation.
Eric said the outcome could can an effect on small taxing districts.
Commissioner Fund said the BOCC doesn’t want to impact the smaller taxing districts.
The group discussed Hampton Lumber’s recent investments in its properties.
