Eric Eisenberg said the Freeholders PDR could affect the Rider lawsuit.
At 1:05 p.m., Commissioner Fund announced that the Board was going into Executive Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 20 minutes to discuss Cortland/Hupy/Green litigation and the freeholders
litigation.
At 1:25 p.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 5 minutes.
Executive Session ended at 1:30 p.m.
Meeting adjourned at 1:31 p.m.
