Tim Fife discussed a franchise to McDaniel Telephone Company d/b/a TDS Telecom, to construct,
operate and maintain telecommunications facilities in Lewis County rights of way.
Tim Fife discussed the proposed acquisition of additional right of way for Highway 603 in Chehalis.
Tim Fife discussed the proposed acquisition of additional right of way for Westside Highway in Vader.
Tim Fife discussed the proposed acquisition of additional right of way for Cooks Hill Road in Centralia.
Commissioner Stamper made a motion to move one Notice items, two Consent items and three
Deliberation items to the Monday, Oct. 15, 2018, BOCC agenda.
Commissioner Jackson seconded the motion.
Motion passed 2-0.

Becky Butler said budget requests will be reviewed Oct. 15.
