Janelle Kambich said the PA’s Office has received no applications for the open DPA III position.
Ross Petersen said the Airport Board suggested leases and rates to the airport manager the previous
week.
Jonathan Meyer joined at 2:07 p.m.
Ross said the leases and rates will be reset at the beginning of the year.
Commissioner Stamper suggested reaching out to Daryl to do a walk-through of the Toledo airport.
Cullen Gatten said Jake Hadaller’s dogs that were seized may be adopted out.
Erik Martin said he and Ross have reviewed the PFD documents.
At 2:17 p.m., Commissioner Fund announced that the Board was going into Executive Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 20 minutes to discuss pending and potential litigation.
At 2:37 p.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 5 minutes.
At 2:42 p.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 5 minutes.
At 2:47 p.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 5 minutes.
Executive Session ended at 2:52 p.m.
Commissioner Stamper made a motion to authorize the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office to make a
stipulation regarding records for case 17-2-6152-34. Commissioner Jackson seconded.
Motion passed 3-0.
